Chrysanthe sits in Quark’s waiting for her perpetually late sister Persephone “Dite” Capulet. Once part of the same criminal family, Chrys broke away years ago, turning their brother over to the Federation and walking out on her father’s schemes. Dite, who now runs a roaming brothel for their handler “Jackal,” arrives to demand data files from a project Chrys sabotaged. Chrys refuses flatly, mocking her sister’s loyalty and lifestyle, and dares her to order a hit on the spot. The tense meeting ends with Chrys throwing credits on the table and leaving Quark’s, making it clear she won’t be drawn back into their orbit.
