T’lenn describes the likely design of the missing piece, and the group spreads out to sift through poorly catalogued crates. Amid artifacts of questionable significance—including a primitive Sandri musical instrument—Vila discovers a key-shaped item while Remy uncovers a bronze cylinder inscribed with the same alien script as the bracelets. T’lenn examines it carefully, pressing a hidden pattern that causes both bracelets to fall away instantly. The Vulcan warns that the device is as lethal as it is liberating, capable of killing wearers if misused. Relieved but cautious, Remy, Vila, and Daniel agree the artifacts must be secured and studied under strict protocols, their immediate crisis resolved but deeper mysteries lingering.
