  • Shuttlecraft Nostromo – Docked to Alien Vessel

Characters Present:

  • Lt. Shelly Guevera (Pilot)
  • Dr. Daniel Jackson (Science Liaison)
  • Ensign Dani Harper (Science)
  • Lieutenant Mundy (Operations)
  • Tel’im (Romulan Science Liaison)
  • Lt. Commander Nash Winters (Engineering, via comms)
  • Remira Johansen (Acting Captain, via comms)
  • Vila Lorut (Executive Officer / Science, via comms)
Synopsis:

Trapped aboard the Nostromo after it is forcibly docked, the shuttle crew wrestles with conflicting instincts—Daniel Jackson pushes for exploration while Guevera and Mundy insist on honoring Johansen’s orders to hold position. Attempts to disengage fail, confirming the alien vessel’s tractor-like grip.

Commander Nash Winters transmits new frequencies to the shuttle, guiding Guevera through an isomagnetic pulse to dampen radiation levels. Transport enhancers are beamed aboard and deployed, gradually reducing exposure from over 200 rads to safer thresholds. Tension remains high as the crew debates the danger and potential intent of the vessel.

Weapons are readied—ranging from standard issue phasers to Guevera’s unconventional ballistic arsenal—while Tel’im reminds the team of slug-throwers’ historical effectiveness. As radiation stabilizes, Johansen confirms reinforcements: Vila Lorut and Clay McEntyre’s security contingent will beam directly into the alien vessel to rendezvous. At Lorut’s order, the shuttle team prepares to cycle the airlock and meet the incoming support, setting the stage for the boarding action.
