Procedure Day, Part 3

Location: Sentinel – Medical Bay Recovery Room

Brunel wakes from the procedure with temporary side effects including a headache and sensitivity to light. His amulet, used to translate his signs, requires resynchronization due to his new neural pathways, making communication temporarily challenging. Dr. McEntyre and Nurse Thivi provide care and administer medication, while Sara, Nash, and Alexandra offer comfort and reassurance. Alexandra is eventually allowed to visit, lifting Brunel’s spirits. Exhausted from the surgery, Brunel is reassured by his family and medical staff before drifting back into sleep, marking the beginning of his post-procedure recovery.
